1099's are mailed and postmarked by January 31st of every new year.
Can I get paid via my LLC?
Yes, you can get paid via your LLC. Once you have submitted a referral and the deal has closed you will receive a W-9 request from our Admin team.
At that time, you can complete the W-9 with your company information and we will cut the check to the whomever/whatever entity is submitted.
How do I get paid?
Once Realty Connect has received a check for your referral, you will be notified via email with a request for a copy of your completed W-9 and confirmation of how you would prefer to get paid.
TIP: You can request a blank W-9 and have it filled out and sent back in prior to the closing of your referral. Please reach out to admin@realtyconnect.com with a request for a blank W-9 to speed up the payment process.
Once Realty Connect has a completed W-9 from you and you have selected whether you want your check via mail or electronically our Executive Admin will complete the payment process based on your chosen method.
CAUTION: DUE TO USPS IF SENT BY MAIL PLEASE ALLOW 3 WEEKS FOR THE CHECK TO ARRIVE AS WE HAVE SEEN MAJOR DELAYS.
