What States Do You Operate In?

Understanding where we operate and where you can place referrals

Realty Connect is licensed in all 50 states.

Does Realty Connect have network agents in my small town zip code of {insert zip code here}?

Realty Connect's network of agents is well over 90,000 agents strong. This network has a minimum of 3-5 agents per zip code and can service in any and every small town you can think of.

What if I live in a different state than I'm licensed in?

Not a problem at all. Your real estate license does not require you to live in the state you're licensed in.

This means that we can still keep your license active and you can still refer in all 50 states even if your license is not issued for the state you currently reside in.

What if I hold more than one license?

Holding multiple licenses is a common scenario for many of our agents.

As each license is state specific, you are able to utilize one license with Realty Connect while keeping the other with a traditional brokerage or a different style of brokerage altogether.

Example: Tyler has a license in FL and CA. He wants to place his inactive FL license with Realty Connect while continuing to practice traditional real estate with his current broker in CA. This works!

Do I need to place more than one license with Realty Connect if I have more than one?

Some of our agents have more than one license but neither is being held. If you're looking to keep those licenses active, you can pay per license to hold them.

However, it's not necessary to do so as you only need one license with Realty Connect to have access to all 50 states.
