Network Referrals

What happens when I put my referral into the network?

When the Network team receives notification of a new referral via email, the referral details are promptly entered into our internal system. An agent is then carefully selected from our existing pool of agents enrolled in the Affinity program.

If the referral is in a location where we do not yet have an Affinity-certified agent, our team proactively searches the Network agent database to identify and contact potential agents interested in handling the referral.

Once an agent is assigned, a welcome letter is immediately sent to the client, introducing the assigned agent. Both the referring agent and the assigned agent are included in this correspondence.

The assigned agent will receive a formal referral acknowledgment request from our system, which they are required to accept promptly. Upon acceptance, the agent must reach out immediately to the client via phone call, text message, and email. Additionally, if sufficient details about the client's preferences are provided—particularly for buyers—the agent is encouraged to initiate a personalized home search promptly.
