      What do I do after I join?

      What steps do I take now that I'm a Realty Connect agent?

      STEP 1 TRANSFER YOUR LICENSE

      Your next step is to transfer your license, which is the agent's responsibility to initiate.

      Did you start the license transfer process yet?

      • If not, this process is done through your dashboard. The minute you joined, we sent you an email with instructions to set up your dashboard. If you have not received it, please let me know (but check your spam/junk folder first). Once you have established your username and password, you can always access your agent dashboard using this link www.RealtyConnect.pro/login/
      1. Once you are logged in, click on the "EDIT PROFILE" option in the Agent Profile section.

      2. Click on the "MANAGE" option under My Account.

      3. Go to the License tab and fill in the requested license information. Instructions to initiate your license transfer will come up for you. Click on the update button when you have finished filling in your information.

      • If you have already initiated the license transfer, please email admin@realtyconnect.com to let us know so we can monitor the transfer status.
      STEP 2 GET YOUR MARKETING GEAR
      At Realty Connect, we offer all the tools you need to succeed! We offer agent websites, business cards, social media posts, digital marketing & more. Have you already downloaded your FREE digital business card yet?
      • If not, just visit your agent dashboard at www.realtyconnect.pro/login/. Once you log in, just click on the MARKETING link and order what you need.
      STEP 3 START MAKING REFERRALS
      Start making referrals by visiting your agent dashboard at www.myrealtyconnect.com.  Click on the MY REFERRALS link and then select Submit a Referral. We’ll match your clients with up to 3 top-rated agents who specialize in that market. 
      • 25% USE OUR NETWORK Just place your referrals into our network, and we'll take care of all the matching, managing & tracking. When the transaction closes, you get paid a 25% referral fee!
        • Ex: $400,000 sale x 2.5% commission = ($10,000 x 25%) - 20% = $2,000 REFERRAL FEE!
      • {??}% CHOOSE YOUR OWN AGENT* Referral fees are negotiable when you choose your own agent. The scenario below represents a 35% referral fee as an example only. Your actual referral fee will be determined by whatever is agreed upon between you and the agent you select.
        • Ex: $400,000 sale x 2.5% commission = ($10,000 x 35%*) - 20% = $2,800 REFERRAL FEE!
      • 80% NEW CONSTRUCTION Are you, or anyone you know, buying new construction? If so, just register as their agent and get paid 75% of the total commission! However, new home sales require a special process, so email us FIRST whenever you have one of these opportunities. 
        • Ex: $400,000 sale x 2.5% commission = $10,000 x 80% = $8,000 REFERRAL FEE!
