What do I need to include or avoid with my marketing?

Do's
  •  Include the brokerage name 
  • Include the brokerage license number for the state you're advertising/licensed in
Don'ts 
  • Suggest you can represent buyers or sellers in any way
  • Refer to yourself as a Realtor
  • Suggest that you can provide a kickback/reward of any kind 
  • Suggest that our services cost money
