How to Submit a Referral

What are the steps to submit a referral?

Whenever you have a referral you first have to decide if you're going to refer them to our Network of agents or choose an agent outside of Realty Connect. 
 
 
Submit to the Network of Agents
  1. Go to realtyconnect.com 
  2. Select "Submit A Referral" (button at top) 
  3. Click "SUBMIT A REFERRAL"
  4. Login to your Agent Dashboard
  5. Select "Submit to the Network" 
  6. Choose "Buying", "Selling" or "Both" 
  7. Fill in information requested on page 
  8. Hit "Submit"
 
Choose your own agent
  1. Go to realtyconnect.com 
  2. Select "Submit A Referral" (button at top) 
  3. Click "SUBMIT A REFERRAL"
  4. Select "Choose Your Own Agent" 
  5. Download the PDF Referral Agreement
  6. Fill in the information for your buyer/seller
  7. Have the Principal Broker for the agent you're using sign and send back to us (instructions on document already > attached below)
 

TIP: If the referral is for a commercial deal, please let the Admin Team know when submitting the referral agreement. For commercial deals the signer of the agreement will most likely hold a different title. If you do not make this clear upon submitting the referral agreement, it will be sent back to be re-signed. 

WARNING: If the referral is for a residential deal you must have the Principal Broker sign the referral agreement or it will be sent back by the Admin Team.
