How Do I Update My Credit Card

Updating your credit card information

You can update your credit card information by following these steps.

  • Login to your agent dashboard (MyRealtyConnect.com)
  • Click on "Account Settings" on the far left-hand side of the screen.
  • Click on "Billing"
  • Click on "Update Billing Information" in the top right hand corner
  • Put in the same email addressed used to log into your account
  • Within 2 minutes an email will be sent with a "Magic Link" 
  • The email will have a link that says "Go To Your Customer Hub"
  • Click on "Go To Your Customer Hub"
  • Update your card
