How Do I Update My Credit Card

Updating your credit card information

You can update your credit card information by following these steps.

1. Login to your agent dashboard

2. Click on Dashboard on the far left-hand side of the screen.

3. Go to Account Status at the bottom of the screen. 

Founding Member (Directly shown under "Account Status"):

4. Click on Manage Billing at the bottom right hand side

5. Enter the email address that received the invoice/receipt when you originally joined. 

6. Once the account link is sent, you'll be able to manage your card from that screen. 

Legacy Member: 

4. Click the "Update Card Information" drop down 

5. Enter your new credit card information and click UPDATE.

6. To be sure that the information was saved, click the REFRESH button.
