How do I get support?
Most experiences we have with this question are really because an agent feels like they need "immediate" support. So how do you get the needed support?
TIP: Whenever an agent sends us messages in more than one location, it causes a chain reaction amongst all of our support team. Usually this reaction results in multiple meetings to review all points of contact before getting your issue resolved.
Please DO NOT send more than one ticket or email to multiple members of the team as it will delay us in getting you the support you need.
Agent Chat - The Agent Chat is designed to allow our agents to get quick information in the form of a chatbot. This is connected to Sam (our human support agent). Sam can review your chat in live time and relay the information needed to you or to the Admin team.
Text Sam (703) 686-5891 - You can text Sam at any time but know that because this is a work line, it will only be checked between 8am EST - 5pm EST.
Support Ticket - Most issues can be resolved via a support ticket. Our support team is available from 8am EST - 8pm EST.
