Will I need E&O Insurance?
NO! REALTY CONNECT will be financially responsible for ensuring each contractor's E&O insurance is current.
In many states that require the individual agent to have E&O for the license to be active, Realty Connect will add you to our current policy; satisfying the requirements of the commission.
WARNING: Errors and Omissions insurance is based on representation of the clients. If you are not representing a client, you will have no need for E&O insurance. You should not be filling out any forms (outside of the "Referral Agreement"), or speaking on behalf of any properties. Therefore, if you do find yourself in an E&O claim, then you have violated the policy and procedures set by Realty Connect.
