I have two licenses and want to use one to continue practicing real estate while Realty Connect holds the other... can I do that?
Yes! With each license being subject to it's own state's rules and regulations, they are able to operate independently of each other.
For example: You have a license in Florida and a license in Michigan. You decide to become a referral agent in Florida and hang your Florida license with Realty Connect. In Michigan you stay with a local broker and represent buyers and/or sellers as a Realtor and refer clients through Realty Connect whenever you're unable to pass them through your local broker in Michigan.
