As an MLO can I join Realty Connect and still be a referral agent?
Non-California MLO Agents
Yes, you are able to join Realty Connect as a mortgage loan originator.

California MLO DFPI Agents
Yes. If you are an MLO holding a DFPI based California license, you are able to hold your real estate license with Realty Connect while practicing loan origination with your current mortgage broker.
California MLO DRE Agents
No. With a DRE endorsement, you must hold your current real estate license and loan originator endorsement with the same broker.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to check with your individual state licensing agency to make sure that you are able to practice loan origination while also being a referral agent.
