All of our agents have the benefit of being able to refer themselves and collect a referral fee on the purchase or sale of their own properties.
Just like your clients, you have the option to choose your own agent for yourself or submit yourself to our network of agents.
TIP: As an agent it is recommended to choose your own agent for these deals. The reason being you can negotiate the referral fee resulting in a higher percentage if you're able to cut out some of the more tedious work for your chosen agent.
