I joined and paid but now it's asking me to join/pay again in the new dashboard?
Not to worry. You don't need to transfer or join again! But we do recommend reading the notice below...
If you log in and your account asks you to pay even though your membership renewals are up to date, please reach out to the admin team (DO NOT PAY AGAIN) and we will correct that for you. You should be able to go straight to signing the updated Policies & Procedures manual as well as the Independent Contractor Agreement.
We’re super excited to have launched the Agent Dashboard!
You can get to the new dashboard all of the same ways:
- MyRealtyConnect.com
- “Agent Login” button on the RealtyConnect.com website
When you get there you’ll need to reset your password by hitting “Forgot Password”. This will initiate your account and you’ll be able to get setup.
It’s important to walk through the entire process so that it will initiate license expiration reminders, CE reminders and other dated notices. The process to get you back up and running will take less than 10 minutes.
It will ask you to re-initiate your license transfer, however, because we still hold your license, please just make sure the license dates and number are accurate and continue all the way through to completing the license transfer initiation.
When you log in, it will direct you straight to signing the updated Policies & Procedures manual as well as the Independent Contractor Agreement. You may recognize a change in our transaction fees.
Due to upcoming changes within the business as well as some of our new and exciting features we will be switching to an 80% (you) / 20% (Realty Connect) split model. This will be updated to all of our documentation as well as our Knowledge Base.
For now, no need to worry as this change will not go into effect until July 2024 (this date is subject to change). Any referrals submitted prior to this switch will still be subject to the $295 transaction fee.
