$295 Broker Transaction Fee
There is a $295 transaction fee for every closed referral transaction. You can learn more about this HERE.
Starting on 05/01/2024, Realty Connect will transition to an 80%/20% Agent split for referral fees. This means that agents will now receive 80% of the referral commission, while Realty Connect will retain the remaining 20% as the broker fee, replacing the previous flat $295 transaction fee.
As we continue to implement these changes, we will provide an update on the official start date for transitioning to the 80%/20% Agent split for referral fees, replacing the current $295 broker transaction fee.
