Membership fees are broken down as follows:

$100 yearly PER STATE license (billed on the same date as signup - every year)

Are there any other fees?

Realty Connect charges for the following products:

• $100 yearly per license membership fee | 80%/20% agent/broker split |
• $99 yearly for creation, hosting and tracking of agent website {optional marketing tool}
• $29 for 100 physical business cards (digital cards included with membership**) {optional marketing tool}
• $36 for 500 physical business cards (digital cards included with membership**) {optional marketing tool}
• 20% broker fee per every successful referral transaction

**Digital business cards hold stronger value based on an exchange of contact information. In order to provide a physical business card you just need YOUR card. In order to provide a digital business card you need THEIR contact.
