Can I represent myself?

Can I represent myself or someone else in a real estate transaction?

No. If your active real estate license is held under the  Realty Connect brokerage you're not able to represent yourself or ANYONE else in the state that license represents.

In order to represent yourself or anyone else as a real estate agent, you'll need to join a traditional brokerage. 

If you have an active real estate license in more than one state, this statement only applies to any/all licenses that are currently held with Realty Connect. 

For example you have two active real estate licenses: 
Florida License - Held with Realty Connect. Unable to represent anyone in the state of Florida under this license. 

California License - Not with Realty Connect. Able to join any traditional brokerage that allows you to represent and practice any/all allowable real estate activity.
