Can I change my membership plan?

How to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Upgrade: 

  • Go to your Agent Dashboard
    • Option 1: Select "CLICK HERE" on the banner at the top of the screen.
    • Option 2: Select "CLICK HERE" within the "Quick Actions" section on the right of the screen.
    • Option 3: Go to "Account Settings" > Manage Membership" > Select "Upgrade Membership" 
  • Pay $100 for a year of membership. 
  • Refresh your page to see all tabs ready for setup.

BE AWARE: All features within the dashboard will become available immediately upon payment. Per the company Policies and Procedures the agent split will upgrade 90 days after membership upgrade is complete. 


Downgrade: 

  • Go to your Agent Dashboard
  • Go to "Account Settings" > Manage Membership" > Select "Change Current Plan" 
  • Confirm membership change. 
  • Notice the banner alerting you of your anniversary date.

BE AWARE: All features within the dashboard will remain available until the anniversary of the upgrade or original Premium Plan purchase. Per the company Policies and Procedures the agent split will downgrade on the anniversary of the membership and the license will remain with the company until requested or removed by the agent.
